Hi Vivian!

I wanted to send you a little vacation picture of my Bonanno's in action. It's a picture of your sandals on the Shelter Island ferry ready for a day of fun. Thank you for all of my Emma monogrammed sandals. I'm daydreaming about my next pair. I can't tell you how many people stop me & ask me where I got my sandals. Most times I end up writing your website down for them! I hope you & Domenick are having a fabulous summer!

Where in the World are Your Bonannos?

Hi Vivian!

I received my Bonannos for Christmas and couldn't wait for it to warm up so I could wear them! I recently graduated from UNC-Wilmington, off the coast of North Carolina and where better to wear my Bonannos than at the beach at a graduation?! Lots of girls complained of their feet killing them in heels all day, but my Bonannos kept me comfortable and stylish! :) Then I celebrated receiving my bachelors and one of the first warm days of summer, by catching some rays on my boyfriend's pier overlooking the lake!
Thanks for quality footwear, I plan on expanding my collection asap!

Following in her family's footsteps

My niece Jamie is designing her own line of hand-crafted high heels and ballet flats. She has finally unveiled one of her designs and we couldn't be more proud.

The ballet flat:

Super comfy, feels like a slipper, can be monogrammed, have a tassel, buckle, bow or just be plain on top.

Staying true to the family tradition, every pair is 100% leather and made in the USA! Jamie is literally making every pair from beginning to end with her Uncle at arms reach if she needs him.

Hello Vivian,

I could send you a photo of my recent Bonanno's (frog motif in pink and green) but it would be of me with my nose up close and personal - love that leather smell!!! - it fills my closet!!!!!! You've been so gracious in the past and published my photos featuring your sandals, I just thought I'd tell you I'm currently wearing them around the house and it's snowing outside (Iowa). If I were to send you a photo, it would include a fireplace and snow falling fast and furious. Can't wait for the warm weather. Going to Texas for Spring Break and hopefully there WILL be Bonanno's involved!! I"ve bought Jack Rogers in the past (they were the first before I realized the originals!!!) and recently received an offer of $20.00 off their price. Given that they really are made partially with vinyl (my JR's are cracking!!!) I deleted the messages and will wait until I can get the real deal from you!!!!.
Since we're going to Austin, maybe I'll get a photo op with Stevie Ray Vaughn (statue) and my Bonanno's.

They are SO fabulous and even my husband cannot stop raving about my RMR sandals. They arrived in time before our 3 week trip to the Islands, so they will appear on my blog a few times during our trip. BTW, we recently made a trip to NYC and went to the Met. I, of course, thought about SBS when we walked through the Egyptian exhibit and came across the "Emmas" below from 1479 BC-

My Bonanno's have hit the beaches of the Caribbean. On an island where the population is only 3,400 people, the highlight of the day is lounging in a hammock or walking along the beach & I have been scooting along in my Stephen Bonanno Sandals. I designed them in my sorority colors. Don't forget a preppy-colored pedicure to match your fabulous sandals.

Missing in Action

It seems to happen every Spring ... I am over taken with the busy sesaon that I tend to neglect my blog.
My brother David every now and then will call to remind me that it is in desperate need of something new.
So tonight, in my home office, clad in my Vineyard Vines "barefoot" lazy pants and a pink Tee, with a glass of red wine "Bodega Norton", Mendoza - Argentina, Malbec 2009, I am ready to get down to work.
My plan for the website is to update with some new "popular combinations" and for the blog, add the new "Where in the World" pictures that were sent to me ages ago. For those of you who sent me your photos and have been waiting forever to seem them posted ... my apologies.

Where in the World are Your Bonannos?

Hi Vivian!

I hope this finds you well ... for the last two months I have been searching everywhere for my beloved brown gator & bronze sandals. As Blanche (who is now over 60lbs) has a tendency to hide my sandals, I figured they would eventually turn up. I will let the pictures tell most of the story, but to answer the eternal question "Where in the world are your Bonannos?"
