It's Personal ...

For 2 years I had pretty severe pain in my right arm. Don't know why, but I couldn't move it without having sharp pain running up and down my arm ... after months of immobility my arm stiffened where I couldn't move it.

I went for acupucture which helped a little, but if I moved it the wrong way, ouch! So I protected my arm and tried to use it as little as possible. 2 years I learned to live with the pain.

This is the amazing part ... 2 weeks ago I stopped drinking MonaVie because I just forgot or got too busy. I swear folks, in the two weeks "without" MonaVie I was quicky reminded I had a bad arm. I totally forgot! It had been that long since I felt any pain ...

The 2 months I have been drinking MonaVie for ENERGY has actually helped with the healing of my arm too. It was at that moment that I realized just how amazing this health drink really is.

I'VE STARTED A PERSONAL BLOG ...

Having more free time these days (believe it or not), I've started a personal blog.
"He likes Grape Soda, I love Carrot Juice"
How two people who are so alike can be so different when it comes to food.
It's a diet journal of our on going struggle to beat the battle of the bulge, eat well (or not), keep our weight down and the attempts to stay active.

Domenick's FIRST Radio Gig

For our annual "end of summer" SALE we decided to do a radio spot instead of a newspaper AD.
When we found out we could actually record it ourselves, we jumped at it.

Heading to the station to record his radio spot ...

My handsome hubby's first time behind the microphone with Jay the marketing specialist who edits and tweaks and ... edits, so that it all comes together and sounds professional ...

Rehearsing the AD before it gets recorded for air play...

Quiet on the set. He's recording and sounds so good.

I wish I knew how to link the radio spot to the blog, but I don't ... You'll just have to take my word for it. Domenick sounded like a pro! Thank you Jay for making it so much fun for our first time.
